Large rigid boxes for abaya, thobe and luxury garments usually bring high ocean freight cost due to bulky volume. Combining market feedback from our Fashion Packaging product line, we developed a large‑size foldable magnetic gift box, merging luxury appearance with logistics cost advantage, positioned at mid‑to‑upper‑end price range and fully manufactured at our Guangzhou plant.
Different from traditional non‑foldable rigid boxes, this structure can be completely flattened for shipping and storage, greatly reducing warehouse space and sea‑freight expense for bulk orders. Once unfolded, hidden embedded magnets deliver stable book‑style closure same as standard rigid boxes.
Outer surface option: charcoal‑black matte special paper with blind‑pressed subtle Arabian textile motifs, finished with thin champagne‑gold foil edge trimming. The inner space is sized for full‑length abayas and thobes; inner base can add soft silk‑like lining upon request. No sharp corners, well‑protected for delicate fabric garments against dust and friction.
Available custom parameters: multiple outer colour selections (olive‑green, warm ivory), magnet strength adjustment, size modification for long dresses or fashion gift hampers, plus custom logo emboss/hot‑stamp. Foldable design does not sacrifice visual premium feeling while bringing clear cost benefit for importers.
